The title search is used to determine ownership, open mortgage loans, lien information, legal description, tax information and the county assessment of the property.

All taxing authority information including account numbers and the amount paid or due/delinquent.

Posting and filing of all pre-foreclosure documents at the county; as well as trustee sales, execution of post-sale documents, and filing.

Closing services can be provided for all types of loans at the location of the lender/borrower’s choice. All closings will be conducted in locations specific to the Texas laws that govern these closings.

State-certified or state-licensed appraisers are engaged to provide the appraisal in accordance with all applicable Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines. Evaluation products including AVM’s and BPO’s are also available. All appraisals/evaluations are reviewed internally.
